Outside the office, Don enjoys riding his motorcycle, exploring the outdoors on four‑wheelers, and spending quality time with his family — especially his grandkids, who are his pride and joy. He is also an active and valued member of the men’s ministry at his church in Billings, where he invests in building strong relationships and supporting others.

Kayla Freeman – Operations Manager

With ten years of hands‑on experience, she brings a unique blend of operational insight, creativity, and relational strength to the team.
Kayla is passionate about the work Transitional Marketing does for local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, and she loves being part of a company that values people and purpose. Working alongside her dad, Don, the owner of Transitional Marketing, is one of her greatest joys. Together, they make a strong, collaborative team dedicated to serving their clients with excellence.
Outside of work, Kayla has been married for ten years and is a proud mom of two children, ages 9 and 6. She is actively involved in her church and her kids’ school, investing her time and energy into the communities that matter most to her. When she’s not coordinating projects or supporting clients, you’ll often find her spending time with her family or playing the piano — two things that bring her the most joy.
